Training Luna's AI
Luna's A.I. applies all the industry best-practices but it needs training to learn your tone-of-voice and know when to put in what information.
Once we see what works, we copy these "learnings" to your other Luna profiles.

Once the A.I. is trained, we switch to "Autonomous mode." This means that Luna will start to engage with leads on your behalf. The only thing you have to focus on is the conversion from prospect to customer.

Who is it suitable for?
Guaranteed results… We only dare to promise that if you have the right proposition in place. Only then it makes sense to scale up with cold emailing. Read the conditions below:
- Willingness to take off tier 5 (scale). 5000 emails p/m for $1500. If we do not achieve the agreed results, you will get (part of) your money back.
- A proposition that stands as a rock: you have a specific target audience and a specific "problem" that you solve for them.
- Willingness to want to provide feedback on Luna's latest features.

Make sure you have trained Luna’s AI well enough that you trust it to be allowed to prospect autonomously.
In addition, make sure you have tier 3 or higher (a 1000 emails per month).
You can control how often Luna should follow up with a lead yourself. If a lead responds then of course the automation stops.
This is basically the same as you are used to from Luna now. If you have uploaded your own leads into Luna then they will be given priority over Luna’s own leads.
Luna is significantly improving her chat capabilities. In the short term, you will be able to give feedback to Luna as you would to an employee. Luna’s brain stores everything and creates a dynamic profile of you and your company that continuously improves.
Luna also proactively checks in with you with questions, in order to improve itself even further. Just as an employee would.
No, you can switch back to ‘manual’ mode and vice versa at any time.
