Why we are introducing the Command Center?
As you may have noticed, it was not possible to easily manage your team. You previously could not use Luna.ai for different purposes without changing your targeting settings. An additional disadvantage was that you could not train the AI for specific targeting. Luna.ai used to be primarily for individuals. The Command Center allows you to use Luna.ai for different purposes and easily manage your accounts/team.

We are going to be adding a lot of new features at a rapid pace.
Right now we are working on adding buying intent/inbound leads (think about adding leads automatically to Luna.ai via your CRM, Zapier or via a CSV file).
Then we will add reporting so you can easily see how certain territories or users are performing.
The rest is still a surprise 😉
No, only admins. Admins can easily give other team members admin rights through their settings.
No, this is not possible. The idea of the Command Center is that you manage multiple accounts. You cannot add one account to multiple territories. We recommend that you create multiple accounts so that you spread the email volume and ensure that email clients do not see your emails as spam.
Luckily, it is completely free to create multiple accounts 🙂
